There was nothing I didn't like.

In a 4-star hotel it is NOT allowed to have windy days, as they were through the windows, to enter very cold. We wanted to fix this with the air conditioning but it was NOT working in warm weather, so we covered ourselves with blankets and wanted to watch TV. We realized that there were ONLY about 10 different channels to watch: none from Montevideo, NO sports, only one from Argentina and those from Maldonado with their very poor programming. The towels were clean but they haven't seen bleach for a long time being white. The breakfast in comparison to all the other hotels we know, of any category was very poor and it is not possible that in Uruguay a breakfast does not have dulce de leche. There was a convention of bikers, quite neat but one morning they were with the bikes on from 5 to 5 and 15 in the morning. From the hotel they were not told anything so I had to go out the window and shout to turn them off. They did, but it was a painful situation and nothing to be expected in a four star hotel. We're not going back. Thank you very much.

spaciousness of the rooms with lots of storage space, bright and with nice views. Comfortable beds with good bedding. treatment and kindness of the personnel in general and particularly the people of reception, always attentive to make your stay pleasant. Cleaning in the rooms, location 1 block from La Mansa, close to 2 inns and relatively close to the center (800 m).

The breakfast, although complete, should improve the quality of some products and above all the service which is extremely slow (they do not replace the products that are finished, and although it is from 8:00 to 11:00 already from 9:30 there is a lack, even of crockery and cutlery and there are no clean tables available). The breakfast service is without a doubt the worst thing in the hotel. The toilets are a bit old, not in keeping with a 4-star hotel, although the bathrooms are spacious, clean and complete. There is a lack of sockets (in a double room, there were only 2 free sockets and one of them was in the bathroom!) The rooms are not adapted for the use of electronic devices, which can be a problem if one goes on a business trip.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood within walking distance of the Conrad Casino and surrounded by lovely residences. the room is spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. the facilities are impressive, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a sauna, and sun loungers. Breakfast is decent with a variety of dishes to choose from, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Guests can enjoy a view of the beach from some of the rooms.

Some rooms have outdated decor and may require maintenance.

The location is great!

The restaurant closes when the chef has his day off! Unbelivevable, they should look for a replacement rather tan not providing the services.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is also very centrally located, very close to the beach and a short walk to the main part of Punte del Este.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by lush forests, was a refreshing change from the bustling city center. The hotel's serene atmosphere provided a great escape from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The delicious buffet breakfast was a great way to start our day, and the restaurant and bar offered a range of tasty options. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim.

We highly recommend this hotel to families and friends.

The worst cost-benefit I've ever seen. Way too expensive for a room and bathroom that are way far from good. And the blanket had holes in it.

Parking...we were lucky and visited at a quiet time so had no problems having a bay available. Parking not secure, but is off the street.

Breakfast was very ordinary. Not enough cutlery, not enough food. Not enough people to clean tables and keep everything stock. Available selection of food was poor, cereal was stale.

Had an amazing time ringing in the New Year at this hotel! the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were fantastic and the sauna was top-notch. the gym had everything I needed for a good workout. Plus, the deck chairs and umbrellas were an awesome touch. the location was key as it was just steps from the beach and walking distance to the famous Conrad Hotel and Casino.

The decor was a little dated and the breakfast was just average.

The hotel is very well situated and we enjoyed esp the lovely garden aroudn the pool. Breakfast buffet is nice but nothing sensational but we found the hotel well worth the price so we can though all the negative words above recommend it. And as somewhat sensational ..... the evening a la carte food is a positive surprise

The staff could be much better, they were way too ignorant and 'tired' and didnt care very much about the guests. The hotel has been lovely and fine but it seems that time has flown away without any care. We have never seen thinner bed sheets !!

The hotel is very good located. THe room is spacious, comfortable and with a good view. Breakfast is good (not fantastic). Employees are helpful and friendly. Good hotel to stay in family or in a couple.

Besides all good points of the hotel, they really need to improve two critical points: The shower is terrible. No water pressure, it is almost impossible wash the hair. If you look for a relaxing bath after a walking day, DO NOT CONSIDER this hotel! The room besides very clean and no smoking, smell terrible. It smells cigar as soon as you open the door. At the bed area no smoke, but at the door, it is terrible. Only this two points to complain.

I must say, we were kinda surprised by the location of the hotel. Being so close to Mansa Beach was fantastic. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The views from some of the rooms were amazing, overlooking the beautiful beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

Its location close to the beach. The quiet surroundings.

The poor facility maintenance: doors that do not work properly, loose bathroom fixtures, burnt lights. All things that would cost very little or nothing to maintain and would mean a lot to the customers. It is unacceptable for a hotel that cost $150 out of season and more than $250 in season.
